Erin from Project Energise came and taught our class some co-operative games. Here we are trying to get a hoop right around our group without letting go of each others' hands. We also played a fun game of Evolution together.

Each week we visit our buddy class, Room 9, and share our reading books with a Kauri buddy. Then they read a book to us. We have been enjoying using the library because it has air conditioning! We also enjoy playing games with our buddy class. This week we played Evolution.

We have swimming every day. In New Zealand it is very important to learn how to be safe around water so we don't drown. The water feels FREEZING at first but we get used to the cold quickly and have lots of fun in the pool.
This week we practised keeping our legs straight and pointing our toes when we kick in the water.
