A Colour Symphony !

Room 15 did a science experiment using whole milk, food colouring and liquid soap. We learned that when we drop liquid soap onto the milk, it tried to break down the fat in the milk. While it was doing that, it caused the colours to scatter and mix creating a very colourful display!

Pour the milk into the tray.

Add about 6-8 drops of different food coloured food colouring onto the milk.

Tip about 5 drops of the liquid soap onto the drops of food colouring.

Watch the show!
Colours started to scatter and mix creating a very colourful display.
