Safety skills - Swimming

Our swimming instructors brought life jackets last week, so that we could learn about water safety and what to do if we fall out of a boat.

We learned how to gather together in a circle so that we are easy for searchers to find, and to keep calm and quiet, even if there are waves (this was tricky, because the instructors were splashing us!).

We all had a turn at towing someone else, holding on to them and swimming along.

Then, we made two teams, and had a race!
